Drew Gasparini is an award-winning composer, lyricist, playwright and author. Some of scores he's written include Crazy Just Like Me (2011 NYMF "Best of Fest" winner), I Could Use a Drink (2021 - West End), Night Shift (commissioned by Warner Bros.), We Aren’t Kids Anymore (currently in development in the UK), the Broadway-bound adaptation of The Karate Kid (which just earned five star reviews on its UK and Toronto Tour), the adaptation of It’s Kind of a Funny Story (based on the Ned Vizzini novel), The Whipping Boy (based on the Sid Fleischman novel), Make Me Bad: A Psychological Thriller and more.

Drew was a songwriter for Season 2 of NBC’s fan-favorite, SMASH. In 2023, More Together, a short film based on characters and songs written by Drew, premiered at several film festivals across the country and in Canada. It is now available on Amazon Prime Video.

In addition to his theater and literary work, Drew has managed to carve a niche for himself in the world of advertising, writing songs for several Super Bowl ads, inclduing Skittles Commercial: The Broadway Musical starring Golden Globe Winner Michael C. Hall, and the Booking.com ad campaign dubbed Somewhere, Anywhere, starring Oscar nominee Melissa McCarthy.
